Scholars Network, part of Noodle, has named Mike Earman Vice President, Health System Partnerships. In the role, he will lead Scholars Network's work with employers nationwide, helping them build sustainable clinical talent pipelines alongside the schools that educate the healthcare workforce.
Background
Earman joins from Laudio, an AI-enabled operating platform that helps healthcare employers engage and retain their workforce. Under his leadership, Laudio grew from a startup to serving more than 150 hospitals nationwide before its acquisition by Ascend Learning in 2025.
Before Laudio, he spent eight years at Relias, a healthcare education technology and analytics provider, where he held progressive roles and helped build and scale the company's enterprise partnerships through more than a dozen strategic mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Why Scholars Network
Earman notes that finding and keeping nurses and clinicians has grown harder every year, and that employers often spend more to recruit and retain clinical talent than it costs to educate it. He sees Scholars Network and Noodle as positioned at the center of that problem: offering employers a sustainable workforce model, students an affordable path into healthcare careers, and schools insight into the programs their communities need.
