The WellSpan Scholars program allows you the opportunity to reduce the cost of your education while securing employment at one of WellSpan's nationally recognized hospitals prior to graduation.
Through this program, WellSpan provides you up to $65,000 in sponsorship funding towards your education in exchange for a 2 or 3-year, full-time work commitment at WellSpan after graduation.
